basic instructions:
in blender, import kimono. then on base model, pose the arms in pose mode so that they line up with the kimono armature. then, merge armatures however you do so.
in unity, make sure culling is off so you can see the inside of the sleeves.
in unity, to prevent major clipping, adjust the dynamic bones' in the sleeves/flaps to the desired radius. then, add colliders on everything you don't want the sleeves/flaps to clip through.
